Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 0185/2025 registered under Sections 468A/406/34 IPC at P.S. New Ashok Nagar and all the proceedings emanating therefrom in terms of the 2.

On query, it has been pointed out that out of 06, only 02 Accused have joined the investigation. Though some statements have been recorded but the investigation is still in progress. Moreover, there are allegations of Section 354 IPC made by the Complainant.

Considering that the investigation is still at the nascent stage, the merit of the entire case cannot be adjudged simply on the complaint that was initially filed.

The Petition alongwith pending Applications, is disposed of with liberty to avail appropriate remedy after the Chargesheet has been filed.
