This application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiffs under Order XXIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to withdraw the present suit in light of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 2.

The Settlement Agreement dated 13th November, 2024 has been filed along with the application.

In view of the Settlement Agreement, the plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the present suit.

The application stands disposed of.
