Ms. Avshreya Pratap Singh Rudy, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent MCC has handed over a copy of the written instructions received by her from ADGME of MCC across the Bar, the same are taken on record.

A perusal of the written instructions shows that out of six vacant seats available under the NRI (Priority-I) quota in Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, petitioner will be offered one seat. The respondents shall remain bound by the written instructions.

In view of above, no further orders are called for. The petition stands disposed of.
