Accordingly, this application is disposed of. EX.P. 82/2024 3.

Learned counsel for the decree holder and judgment debtor nos. 1 and 2 jointly state that the gift deed stands executed and has been presented to the concerned Sub-Registrar on 26.11.2024. They state that the original gift deed will be duly stamped and returned to the decree holder within a period of one (1) week from today.

Learned counsel for the decree holder states that the possession of the second floor of the property bearing no. 11, Kiran Vihar, New Delhi-110092 ('suit property') has been received. He states that in view of the same the decree dated 23.01.2024 has been satisfied. debtor nos. 1 and 2 have assured that they will provide a copy of the death certificate of late Sh. Jawahar Lal Kapoor within a period of one (1) week from today.

Learned counsel for the decree holder states that he has informed the concerned Sub-Registrar about the withdrawal of his objections for recording transactions for other portion of the suit property. He refers to an e-mail and a letter sent be speed post. He states that if there is any further document/letter/NOC required to be executed before the concerned SubRegistrar in this regard, the decree holder shall do the same at request of judgment debtor no. 1.

The decree holder is bound down to the aforesaid statement. 7.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the execution petition is disposed of as satisfied. Interim orders dated 18.09.2024 and 18.11.2024 are hereby vacated.
