First Transit Anticipatory Bail under Section 482 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Amit Dewan in FIR No. 561/2025 under Section 420/384/120B & 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sarkanda, Chattisgarh.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2 has appeared and submitted that the Anticipatory Bail Application had been filed by the Petitioner, before the Court in Bilaspur, which has been disposed of, with the observations that since the interim protection has been given by this court, the Anticipatory Bail cannot be entertained. A copy of the Order dated 15.09.2025 in Case No. 1922/2025 titled 'Amit Dewan vs. State of Chhattisgarh' has been filed, which is taken on record. The said Order shows that the Petitioner had filed an Anticipatory Bail Application thereby indicating that he has already approached the concerned Court and there is no merit left for the Transit Bail. 5.
The same is disposed of accordingly with liberty to the Petitioner, to apply afresh for the Anticipatory Bail, in accordance with law.
