W.P.(C) 1613/2017 & C.M. No.7244/2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of a specific direction having been given by this Court in its order dated 19.12.2016 passed in WP(C) 11771/2015 M/s Universal Enterprises Vs. SDMC to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a time bound frame of four weeks, the same has not been answered till date.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent/SDMC has

put in appearance. His submission is that several meetings have been held and the last meeting with the police (file of which is brought and perused) was on 16.02.2017. A meeting is now proposed with the DCP of the concerned area and this meeting shall be held shortly and he undertakes and ensures this Court (under instructions) that the representation of the petitioner shall now be positively decided within next three weeks to be counted from today.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
