Present petition has been filed by the petitioner to seek extension of parole granted vide order dated 15.01.2018 for four weeks. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner was granted parole vide order dated 15.01.2018 for a specific purpose. After the purpose is over, no sufficient ground for grant of extension of parole on some other ground. No date for operation has yet been given by the concerned doctor.

No sufficient ground for extension of parole. The petition is dismissed.
