By a judgment dated 08.01.2019, the respondents were directed to forthwith restore the petitioner's OCI card. The petitioner points out that despite the aforesaid direction, his OCI Card has not been restored. By an email dated 11.02.2019 sent by CGI Houston, the petitioner has been asked to remain in touch with Joint Secretary for Foreigners with MHA and also seek an appointment to discuss the case.

Prima facie, it appears that the order passed by this Court on 08.01.2019 has not been complied with.

Issue notice.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents accepts notice and seeks time to take instructions.
