By order dated 18.09.2024, the petitioner was directed to file a list of its members. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that only a partial list has been filed as the petitioner has over 600 members and only 22 are in contact with the learned counsel.

After some hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to individual members of the petitioner-association to take such remedies as they may be advised, if they are aggrieved by any impounding of their cycle rickshaws.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed.
