This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the showcause notice dated 06.08.2024 issued by the IG FTR HQ SPL (OPS) Odisha to which the petitioner has submitted the reply on 19.08.2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents has placed before us an order dated 25.07.2025, whereby the Competent Authority has decided to accept the reply dated 19.08.2024 filed by the petitioner to the show-cause notice dated 06.08.2024.
