% 09.04.2018 On 15.3.2018 this court had disposed of the petition with a direction amongst others that a sum of Rs.1,10,000/- deposited in court by the respondent be released alongwith accumulated interest to the petitioner on filing of an affidavit as stated in the order. The Registry has put up this case pointing out that the sum of Rs.1,10,000/- is actually deposited in CCP(Co.) 19/2017 and not in this petition. The order dated 15.3.2018 is accordingly modified to the extent that the sum deposited in CCP (Co.)19/2017 shall be released to the petitioner as per order dated 15.3.2018.
