By way of the present application, the applicant is seeking grant of interim bail on the ground to look after the wife who was pregnant. 2.

On 02.09.2025, this Court was informed that a male child has been delivered on 01.09.2025 and the learned counsel for the respondent was directed to verify the factum of delivery of the child. 3.

Today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent informs this Court that the factum of delivery of child has been verified. 4.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant interim bail to the applicant herein for a period of 15 days to enable him to spend time with his newly born child and look after his wife. The period of interim bail be counted from the date of his release, on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/Successor Court/Link Court/Duty Judge concerned on the following terms and conditions:

i) The applicant shall not leave the country without prior permission of the concerned Court and if the applicant has a passport, he shall surrender the same to the concerned trial court; ii) In case of change of residential address/contact details, the applicant shall promptly inform the same to the concerned Court and IO/SHO concerned;

iii) The applicant shall immediately surrender before the Jail Superintendent after expiry of period of interim bail. 5.

Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed and is disposed of.

A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned jail authorities for necessary compliance.
