Petitioner is decree holder and had filed an Execution Petition in the year 2018. The decree is yet not fully satisfied. 2.

During course of arguments, learned counsel for petitioner has, however, restricted his request to expeditious disposal of Execution Petition only.

As noticed above, the abovesaid Execution Petition is pending for quite some time and judgment debtor is also duly represented before learned Executing Court.

The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of with direction to learned Executing Court to decide the Execution Petition as expeditiously as possible, particularly keeping in mind the specific directions given by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Periyammal (dead through LRs) & Ors. vs. V. Rajamani & Anr.: 2025 SCC OnLine SC 507 and Rahul S.
