By the present petition the petitioner seeks interim bail for a period of one month on the ground that his brother's marriage is fixed for 1st March, 2017.

On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report, the factum of the marriage of the brother of the petitioner namely Shiv is to be held on 1st March, 2017. The petitioner is involved in case FIR No.315/2012 under Sections 392/395/397/4012/506/120B IPC and is in judicial custody since 25th October, 2012. The family of the petitioner is residing at House No. B-727, Gali No. 6, Dindayal Puri, Ashram Road, Nandgram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has a family to support and his brother is getting married and has been in custody for the last 61⁄2 years this BAIL APPLN. 325/2017

Court deems it fit to grant interim bail to the petitioner. 4.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on bail for a period of two weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate. 5.

Petition is disposed of.
