Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite an application for early hearing being IA No.644/2024 filed on 21st June 2024, the matter has been adjourned to 22nd November 2024.

This Court has no doubt that the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal shall make an endeavor to hear and decide the appeal on the next date of hearing i.e. 22nd November 2024.
