The petitioners have filed the present writ petition seeking quashing of FIR No.1610/2015 under Section 363 IPC, PS Neb Sarai which has been got registered by respondent No.2 - sister of petitioner. 2.

Petitioners are present in person and submit that their counsel is not available today. Petitioners further submit that presently they have come from Bareilly to attend this case and presently they are residing at Bareilly. 3.

Learned ASC for the State/R-1 submits that petitioners have already been granted protection by Allahabad High Court. He further submits that so far as prayer made in this petition for quashing of FIR is concerned, statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. of petitioner No.2 has already been recorded and cancellation report is likely to be filed. In view of the submissions made by learned ASC for the State/R-1, the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. 5.
