Petitioners apprise the Court of the subsequent facts that took place after the previous order of this Court. They state that on 03rd October, 2024, the competent authority, i.e., Respondent No. 4 has issued the requisite No Objection Certificate1 permitting the Petitioners to carry out the construction in their property bearing no. E-4, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi-110017. 2.
In light of the aforenoted NOC, Mr. Jeevesh Nagrath, counsel for Petitioners, states that the Petitioners' grievance stands satisfied and accordingly, he would like to withdraw the present writ petition. Counsel for Respondents No. 1 to 4 states that he has no objection to the request made by Mr. Nagrath.
