CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV SACHDEVA

O R D E R

% 18.05.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that, by communication dated 17.05.2017, respondent has withdrawn the Show Cause Notice/Suspension Order dated 09.12.2016. A copy of letter dated 17.05.2017 has been produced.

The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondent further submits that since the renewal of the registration of the petitioner had been denied after 31.10.2016, there was no necessity to issue a show cause notice and, on these grounds, the same has been withdrawn. WP(C) 1646/2017

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the withdrawal of the show cause notice nothing further survives in the petition.

He, however, submits that the record of this petition be tagged alongwith WP(C) 10527/2016, which is a petition impugning non-renewal of the registration.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

The Registry is directed to tag the record of this writ petition alongwith WP(C) 10527/2016.
