Since there is no objection with respect to the date of birth of the petitioner to be 25.01.1967, and the same is also reflected in the certificate issued by the Central Board Of Secondary Education (CBSE), the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent of directing the respondents to issue a certificate to that effect.

The Court, therefore, directs that petitioner to apply for issuance of a duplicate-certificate before the concerned respondent, on compliance of necessary formality and payment of requisite fees. 3.

Once appropriate steps are taken by the petitioner, let the respondent to deal with the aforesaid request in accordance with law.
