Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "i. pass an protection order to the petitioners, thereby directing the respondent No.1 to ensure protection of life and liberty of the petitioners from the respondents No.2 to 5; AND ii. direct the respondents No.2 to 5 not to indulge in any kind of violation against the petitioners and not to disturb the peaceful life of the petitioners; AND The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. It is stated that Respondents No.2 to 5 are the accused in the murder of the husband of the Petitioner No.1 herein. It is pertinent to mention here that Respondent No.2 is the real brother of the deceased husband of Petitioner No.1 herein.

This Court had requested the SHO, Samaypur Badli to be present in Court today. The concerned SHO is present in Court. 4.
Petitioners are directed to meet the SHO at 04:00 PM today and the SHO is directed to provide the mobile numbers of two beat constables as well as his mobile number to the Petitioners herein. The SHO is also directed to ensure that one constable visits the house of the Petitioners at least once a day to ensure their safety.

With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, along with the pending applications, if any.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioners to approach this Court in future if need so arises.
