The present petition has been filed doubting the fair, impartial and unbiased investigation continuing to be conducted by the police authorities upon a complaint lodged against the petitioner by respondent no.3. 2.

Ms. Rao, learned ASC fairly states that the opportunity to submit reply to the questionnaire etc. has already been afforded by the IO to the petitioner. It is also given to understand that the petitioner has given a detailed reply to the 21 questions put to the petitioner by the IO in pursuance of the preliminary investigations being carried out in respect of the complaint lodged by respondent no.3, who is the brother of the petitioner. 3.

continue to conduct a fair, impartial and unbiased investigation into the complaint and afford opportunity, if required, to the petitioner to tender further documents or further clarification / explanation in response to the complaint. The petitioner shall be at liberty to furnish any such documents or information as aforesaid within next two weeks. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of. 5.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
