This application is completely frivolous and misconceived because I fail to understand as to how a tenant can refuse to pay the admitted rental charges as decreed allegedly on the ground of illness. In fact, counsel for the respondent is justified in arguing that appeal was disposed of by a consent order on 6.3.2018 without imposition of costs on the appellant for this frivolous appeal and for illegally holding on to the tenanted premises of an old widow landlady. There are therefore no reasons made out for modification of the order dated 6.3.2018.
