W.P.(C) 1666/2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which has been permitted on the first floor in property bearing Khara No.267/13 (earlier known as Village Khijrabad, Tehsil Mehrauli, New Delhi) presently known as property No.45/44, near Police Post, Laxman Dairy, Zakir Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi. It is stated that this construction is against all the bye-laws of the Corporation.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent/SDMC has put in appearance. His submission is that illegal deviations in the property already stand booked on 09.02.2017 and all further actions in accordance with law which has already been initiated shall be taken to its ultimate goal. This statement of learned counsel for respondent no.1 (under instructions) is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that it shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. Assistance of the local police may be obtained as and when required by respondent no.1. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
