At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents refers to the notice dated 15.03.2024 issued by the petitioner under Section 21 of the A&C Act to submit that the petitioner has raised a claim of Rs.81,224/-. He submits that out of the said amount, Rs.77,594/- already stands paid on 25.02.2025 and the remaining balance amount of Rs.3,631/- will be paid with a period of one week from today.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states upon instructions, that he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 3.

In view of the above, leave, as prayed for, is granted, and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
