% 03.02.2025 CRL.M.(BAIL) 208/2025 Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State submits, that they have raised the requisite queries in relation to petitioner with the Medical Superintendent of the VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi; however they are yet to receive any response from the doctors and he seeks further time to file the requisite status report based on responses to be received from the doctors.

At request, re-notify on 11th February 2025.

In the meantime, the State is directed to obtain the response from the doctors and file the requisite status report positively before the next date; with copy to the opposing counsel.
