The learned counsel for the applicant, at the outset, submits that the applicant is hopeful that the examination of the witnesses would be completed within a period of next five to six months.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present application and file afresh if the trial does not conclude within a period of five to six months.

It is made clear that this Court allowed the withdrawal of the application on the request made by the learned counsel for the applicant, at the outset, and has not examined the merits of the case.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
