% 01.03.2017 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present contempt petition. It is pertinent to mention that during the course of hearing this Court had stated that if the petitioner did not have the confidence in either respondent No.3hospital or its Doctors, the petitioner could be shifted to National Institute of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases. However, the learned counsel for petitioner reiterated her request to withdraw the contempt petition.
