The petitioner is seeking initiation of the contempt proceedings against the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the directions of this Court dated 02.09.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 12099/2024, whereby the respondents have been directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.08.2024 within a week. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that a Speaking Order dated 24.09.2024 has been passed and the petitioner has been communicated of the same.
