Mr. Vishal Raj Sehijpal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has since been enlarged on bail by the learned Trial Court and therefore, the present petition seeking directions to transfer the petitioner from Jail No. 4 to Rohini District Jail has become infructuous. He therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
