% 07.03.2018 There are two cases presently pending between the parties, one being civil suit no.272/11/2011 (new no.26653/2016), titled : Dharampal Pal Vs. Yoginder Kumar Yadav and Ors. pending in the court of Mr. Mohit Sharma, Civil Judge, South-West District at Dwarka Court Complex and the other, civil suit no.2314/2008 (new no.10792/2016) titled Ms. Divya (minor) through her next friend Vs. Shri Dharampal & Ors., pending in the Court of Mr. Rajinder Kumar, Additional Senior Civil Judge (Central) at Tis Hazari Courts Complex, the former being the suit filed by the petitioners and the latter being the suit of the respondents where the petitioners are the defendants.

The prayer in the petition is for transfer of the case pending at Dwarka Courts Complex to Tis Hazari Courts so that both the said two suits can come before the same court. TR.P.(C.) 34/2018

The counsel for the respondents submits no objection. Thus, the prayer is granted.

The aforementioned civil suit pending in the Court of the Civil Judge of South West District at Dwarka Courts Complex is withdrawn from the said Court and transferred to the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge (Central) at Tis Hazari Courts as aforesaid. The transferor Court shall send the file, complete in all respects, fixing an appropriate date for the parties to appear there.
