By way of the present petition, the petitioners are seeking quashing of the order dated 06.06.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in CT No.1252/2024 whereby the petitioners have been arrayed as respondents in the proceedings initiated under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. The said proceedings are stated to be pending for consideration before the learned JMFC wherein the next date of hearing is fixed on 27.11.2024.

Accordingly, this Court finds no ground to entertain the present petition at this stage and the same is accordingly dismissed along with pending applications.
