% 19.09.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the learned trial court for expeditious trial.

In view of the submissions made, the present petition along with pending application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move an appropriate application before the learned trial court. The learned trial court shall consider the same in accordance with law.
