% 06.11.2024 CRL.M.A. 33294/2024 (extension of time for deposit of costs) 1.

This application has been filed seeking extension of time for depositing the costs of Rs. 35,000/- with Government Lady Noyce Middle Special School, Nehru Vihar, Delhi pursuant to order dated 1st October 2024 passed by this Court.

As per order dated 1st October 2024, the cost was to be deposited within a period of 4 weeks from the said order. Counsel for applicant states that they had approached the school but the Principal informed that they did not have any bank account and are taking steps to open a bank account within 15 days.

Accordingly, the period of depositing the cost in terms of order dated 1st October 2024, is hereby extended for another 4 weeks. 4.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
