The present petition is listed for compliance of the order dated 19.09.2024 in terms of the paragraph 5(a to c) thereof. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the requisite affidavit, as directed, has already been filed though the same is under objection. She further submits that the necessary steps would be taken to ensure that the said affidavit is placed on record.

Learned counsel for the respondent enters appearance and submits that the respondent has already received a sum of Rs.50,000/- as directed in paragraph 5(a) of the aforesaid order. He submits that the next installment is due on 25.10.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would honour the undertaking given to the court as well as in terms of the affidavit filed by him before this Court. It is also stated that the petitioner undertakes to comply with the rest of the directions contained in the aforesaid order. The undertaking is accepted and the affidavit filed by the petitioner be taken on record. The requisite steps be taken within two weeks from today. 6.

The Registry need not list the matter again, unless the petitioner fails to bring the aforesaid affidavit on record within the aforesaid stipulated time.
