The instant application has been filed by the petitioner/applicant under Section 5 of the Limitation Act read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for condonation of 394 days' delay in filing the captioned petition.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and perused the contents made in the instant application. 3.

The reasons relied upon by the learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant in his submissions as well as the paragraphs 3 and 4 of the instant application do not fall under the ambit of "sufficient cause" for condoning the inordinate delay of 394 days in filing the captioned petition. 4.
