The learned counsel for the plaintiffs, on instructions, prays for leave to withdraw the present Suit, with liberty to file afresh before a court of competent jurisdiction, and in accordance with law. 2.

The learned counsel for the plaintiffs further prays for a refund of the court fee.

As the Suit is at a preliminary stage with even summons having not been issued in the same, and the learned counsel for the plaintiffs is withdrawing it, the Suit is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The plaintiffs are held entitled to a refund of the court fee. The Registry is directed to prepare a certificate of refund in favour of the plaintiffs and hand it over to the counsel for the plaintiffs.
