% 12.05.2016 These appeals pertain to award no.224/86-87 and award no.10/79-80 with respect to the land acquired in Village Bahapur. It has been submitted on behalf of the appellants in the aforesaid appeals that the judgment delivered by this Court in LA.APP.109/2013 and 76/2013, namely Bhola Nath Sharma Through LRs vs. Union of India Through LAC & Anrs. and Anand Prakash & Ors. vs. Union of India & Ors. respectively on 23.03.2016 would govern the cases of the appellants herein. Mr. S.K. Pathak, learned advocate appearing for the UOI endorses the aforesaid submissions.

As such, the aforesaid appeals are allowed and disposed of in terms of the judgment delivered in LA.APP.109/2013 and 76/2013, (namely Bhola Nath Sharma Through LRs vs. Union of India Through LAC & Anrs. and Anand Prakash & Ors. vs. Union of India & Ors.). ASHUTOSH KUMAR, J MAY 12, 2016 ab
