It is stated at the bar that the disputes which have arisen among the parties have been settled by way of Partition Deed dated 23.11.2024. 2.

A copy of the Partition Deed has been placed on record vide dairy No.151682/2025 dated 03.12.2024. The parties are bound by the terms of the Partition Deed, same shall be forming part of this order. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the instant civil suit stands decreed and disposed of.
