Present application has been filed by the appellant/applicant seeking directions to grant scholarship to the respondent without denying scholarship to any of the eligible candidates.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that post the judgement in the present matter dated 23rd September, 2024, a seat for the scholarship under the landless Agricultural Labourers and Traditional Artisans category has become available due to the cancellation of offer of admission to one candidate i.e. Mr. Dhruv Rastogi. The said cancellation occurred after the judgement was passed i.e. on 26th September, 2024. 3.

He states that in light of the above cancellation, the directions contained in the judgement dated 23rd September, 2024 can be complied with without denying a scholarship to a meritorious candidate as a slot has become vacant.

Issue notice. Mr.Vijay Dahiya, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. He prays that respondent's scholarship be processed at the earliest.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, present application is allowed and the appellant is directed to process the respondent's application for scholarship at the earliest. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
