Learned counsel for the appellant submits that since the present appeal assails only the order passed in the review application preferred by the appellant, he, instead of pressing the present appeal, will file a fresh comprehensive appeal assailing both the original order as also the review order or in the alternative take appropriate steps as may be advised to assail the said orders. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal. 2.

The appeal is as prayed for disposed of as not pressed, making it clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the grounds raised in the present appeal and, therefore, as and when the appellant files a fresh appeal or initiates other appropriate proceedings as per law, to assail the impugned order as also the original order, it will be open for him to raise all permissible grounds including grounds raised in the present appeal, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
