Savitri Devi" bearing RC ARC No l7/2023," and b) quash and set aside the Judgment/Decree dated 02.04.2024 passed by the Sh. HIMANSHU RAMAN SINGH, LD. SCJ WEST, TIS HAZARI Courts, DELHI in case titled "Manmohan Singh vs Smt. Savitri Devi" bearing RC ARC No 17/2023, and c) any other or further relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice be also passed in favor of the petitioner and against the Respondent.
