Present public interest petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions to the respondent to comply with Rules 3(2) and 8(2) of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 and to conduct a survey and form a Committee to calculate how much toll fee has been collected in violation of Rule 3(2) and 8(2) of 2008 Rules. 2.

From a perusal of the paper book, it transpires that the petitioner has submitted a general and vague representation dated 20th August 2024 to the respondent.
