The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking following prayer: a) issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or direction to Respondent-PCI to refund the fees (PERC Charges) of Rs.3,54,000/- deposited by Petitioner institution seeking permission for D.Pharm course for the academic session 2022-23 ;..."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, on advance notice, states that necessary orders with regard to refund of the fee of Rs.3,54,000/- deposited by the petitioners for permission for D. Pharm course for the academic session 2022-23 will be passed by the respondent, as per rules and the resolution passed by the concerned Committee within four weeks from today, under intimation to the petitioner. 3.
