The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of petitioners seeking following prayers: a. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any appropriate writ directing the Respondents to forthwith comply with the 2nd Proviso to Regulation 7 (1) of the MDS Regulations and immediately notify the revised minimum qualifying criteria as well the revised cut-off score in respect of the NEET - MDS 2024 examination; AND b. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any appropriate writ directing the Respondents to conduct additional round of counselling pursuant to the notification of revised minimum qualifying criteria and the revised cut-off score in respect of the NEET - MDS 2024 examination; and 2.

Issue notice. Mr. Apoorv Kurup, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners states that prayer (a) made in the petition already stands answered and therefore, he does not press the said prayer.

As far as prayer (b) is concerned, learned counsel for the respondents, under instructions, states that the matter is under process and dates for additional round of counselling will be informed to the petitioners herein shortly.

This Court is of the view that nothing further survives in the present petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. 6.
