O R D E R

% 13.09.2018 CM No. 8634/2018 (for exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of.

LPA 88/2018 1.

This appeal has been filed by the appellant challenging the order dated February 02, 2018 passed by the learned Single Judge whereby the learned Single Judge has dismissed the petition. 2.

Suffice to state, the prayer made in the writ petition was the following:

"1) To issue directions to respondent to recall false order dated 14/11/2017 passed in case No:106/27/0/2017 (Annexure P-2) and take action against the accused as per law and respondent should provide me pecuniary and non pecuniary compensation available to victim of Judicial terrorism under the law."

3.

The appellant has filed a complaint before the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC); the same was dismissed by the NHRC. The subject matter of a complaint before the NHRC was with an allegation that the appellant's human rights had been violated during the proceedings before the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The complaint was rejected on the ground that the proceedings before the High Court were judicial proceedings.

4.

We find no infirmity in the order of the learned Single Judge dated February 02, 2018 who has rightly upheld the order of the NHRC dismissing the complaint.

5.

The appeal is dismissed.
