% 27.02.2017 The present petition is a second round of litigation inasmuch as the petitioner had earlier filed writ petition being WP(C) no.9352/2015, which was disposed of in terms of the following order:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the CBSE having issued letters dated 27th November, 2015, copies of which are taken on record, she does not wish to press the present writ petition any further. Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of as satisfied."

It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in the said writ petition, the petitioner has sent a legal notice dated 22nd August, 2016 and 24th August,

2016 to the respondents which have not been replied. Mr.Amit Bansal, who appears for the respondents on an advance notice states that the legal notices shall be replied to, by seeking clarification if any.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said statement would satisfy the petitioner and she wishes to withdraw the petition. The same is dismissed as withdrawn.

Suffice to state, the petitioner would be at liberty, if aggrieved by the communication to be sent by the respondents, to challenge the same in accordance with law.
