1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the present, the petitioners would be satisfied, in case, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioners' claim as prayed in their representation dated 03.02.2024 in a time bound manner. He further submits that since some of the material grounds could not be raised by the petitioners in their earlier representation dated 03.02.2024, they may be granted liberty to file a fresh comprehensive representation to the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, has no objection to this limited request.

3. of four weeks raising all their grievances as raised in the present petition.

We further direct the respondents to dispose of the said representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt thereof.

4. Needless to state, in case, the petitioners are still aggrieved by any order passed by the respondents, it will be open for them to seek legal recourse as permissible in law.
