1. Vide the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to expeditiously decide his pending appeal dated 24.04.2024, whereby he has assailed the order dated 30.01.2024 passed by the respondent no.2.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits on instructions that the petitioner's appeal will be decided within a period of four weeks.

3.
