The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of petitioners seeking following prayer: "a) issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or direction to the Respondents to process and decide the Petitioner‟s application for change of name with consequential direction to convert A.P.S. Mahavidyalaya running B.Ed. & D.El.Ed. courses as Faculty of Education under School of Education, Aryavart University, Sehore in a time bound manner..."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners states that the applications/representations filed previously by the petitioner(s), which are pending before the respondents, have not been decided yet. 3.

respondents are directed to treat the present writ petition as a representation, on behalf of the petitioners, and decide the same within three weeks, under intimation to the petitioners herein.
