% 07.01.2016 In a case arising out of FIR No.83/2002 registered under Sections 420/468/471/193/218 & 120B IPC (P.S.Inderpuri) the respondent was discharged. The present revision petition is directed against the aforesaid order of discharge dated 27.07.2010.

It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the State that the respondent is now dead. A death certificate was furnished by the counsel representing respondent. The aforesaid death certificate has been verified and the statement regarding the demise of respondent has been verified to be true.

In that event, the present revision petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed.
